Important information to get you started on your exhibition presence
To support the preparation of your trade fair appearance, we have compiled the document "Information - at a glance" for you. Here you will find what we consider to be the most important information on INTERGEO 2023, including an overview of the dates and deadlines. Please also note the technical guidelines of Messe Berlin GmbH.
Advanced assembly
Advanced assembly is possible for a fee from a stand size of >80 m², but must be approved by Messe Berlin GmbH. You will find the corresponding application form in the Exhibitor Service Portal.
Set-up
The daily set-up times are from 07:00 h to 22:00 h:

Dismantling
Dismantling already starts from Thursday, 12.10.2023, after the end of the event from 18:00 h to 22:00 h. Vehicles are not allowed to drive on the site until approx. 18:30 h.

Set-up and dismantling passes
Access to the exhibition grounds and halls during set-up and dismantling times is only possible with a valid set-up and dismantling pass.
These are free of charge and must be ordered and registered via the Exhibitor Service Portal.
Stand construction
All relevant information on stand construction can be found in the Exhibitor Service Portal. Please note the details in the document "Information - at a glance", as well as the technical guidelines of Messe Berlin GmbH.
The stand construction approval will take place on Monday, 09.10.2023.
Stand construction approval
Stand construction approval is required for a stand height of 3.5 metres or more.
The form for stand construction approval including the required documents must be submitted by 21.08.2023. The corresponding form can be found in the Exhibitor Service Portal.
