Important information to get you started on your exhibition presence
To support the preparation of your trade fair appearance, we have compiled the technical guidelines of Messe Stuttgart for you. Here you will find what we consider to be the most important information on INTERGEO 2024, including an overview of the dates and deadlines. Please also note the technical guidelines of Messe Stuttgart.
Set-up
The daily set-up times are from 07:00 am to 10:00 pm:

Dismantling
Thursday, 26.09.2024 07:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The dismantling is already possible from Thursday, September 26, 2024, after the end of the event from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Further information can be found in the document 'Traffic Management Guide' in the Exhibitor Service Portal.
Visifair - Access to the trade fair grounds
NEW: Booking an entrance slot to the trade fair grounds is mandatory for setup and dismantling. Please book an entrance slot via the Exhibitor Service Portal starting from 6 weeks before the start of the event. Access to the grounds is only granted with this slot.

Set-up and dismantling passes
Access to the exhibition grounds and halls during set-up and dismantling times is only possible with a valid set-up and dismantling pass.
These are free of charge and must be ordered and registered via the Exhibitor Service Portal.
Stand construction
All relevant information on stand construction can be found in the Exhibitor Service Portal. Please note the details in the document "Information - at a glance", as well as the technical guidelines of Messe Stuttgart GmbH.
The stand construction approval will take place on Monday, 23.09.2024.
Stand construction approval
Stand construction approval is required for a stand height of 3.5 metres or more.
The form for stand construction approval including the required documents must be submitted by 20.07.2024. The corresponding form can be found in the Exhibitor Service Portal.
